Registration FAQs

Do I have to be a PFI member to register/attend?
No, you don't have to be a member; however, PFI members receive a discounted registration rate. Plus you get a full year of PFI membership benefits! To take advantage of the discount, join or renew now.

Can I register multiple attendees at one time?
Yes, PFI Members can register multiple attendees at once. Log in with your company membership’s main contact username and password. This is typically the person who maintains the membership, pays the dues, etc. If you do not have this information, you may click “forgot your password” or call the office at (206) 209-5277.

What does guest/spouse registration include?
Spouse/Guest registration fees include breakfasts, Wednesday's Opening reception, Thursday's lunch, the Networking Reception, and breaks but NOT conference meetings.

Can my guests or spouse participate in the golf tournament?
Yes! Your guest/spouse certainly may participate. Simply select the option on the registration form in the golf tournament section.

Can I pay with a credit card?
Yes. We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa. Payment may also be made by check. Checks can be mailed to the PFI Office after submitting your registration form. Registrants must pay in advance of attending the conference. Please contact the PFI Office at [email protected] if you encounter a problem with your payment.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to PFI. A $75 processing fee will be charged for all cancellations received by May 14, 2019. No refunds will be made under any circumstances on cancellations received after May 14, 2019. Substitute attendees will be permitted. No refunds can be made by PFI for lodging, airfare, or any other expenses related to attending the conference.
