The unprecedented COVID-19 public health crisis has made it impossible to gather for the PFI Annual Conference. While this year’s conference platform may be new, our commitment to facilitating important conversations about the trajectory of our industry remains unchanged. VirtuallyPFI will deliver the data-rich, business-focused content that the annual conference recommitted itself to in 2018. VirtuallyPFI’s agenda will offer attendees all of the conversations planned for our annual conference including a close look at the 2019–2020 heating season results, a review of what turned out to be a big year on the regulatory front, and the impact of COVID-19 for our partners up and down the wood pellet and wood pellet appliance supply chain. VirtuallyPFI will bring into sharp focus the disposition of our sector during this period of unprecedented disruption.

Registration FAQs

Do I have to be a PFI member to register/attend?

No, you don't have to be a member; however, PFI members receive a discounted registration rate. Plus you get a full year of PFI membership benefits! To take advantage of the discount, join now or renew now if your membership has expired.

Can I register multiple attendees at one time?

No.  All attendees must register separately and individually in order to consent to the event policies.

When is the registration fee due?

Payment is due upon completion of this form. This helps us ensure that only those paid in full have access to the webinar link.

Can I pay with a credit card?

Yes. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

I need an invoice first in order to submit my payment for registration. Is this an option?

If your company requires an invoice prior to payment, you may call the office to request this.

Will the sessions be recorded?

Yes, each session will be recorded. Recordings will be sent to all registrants within 48 hours of the conclusion of each session.

What is the cancellation/refund policy?

Cancellations and refunds will not be permitted for VirtuallyPFI under any circumstances. Your registration fee includes all four sessions plus full recordings of the presentations. You will receive the presentation recordings within 48 hours after the conclusion of each session, regardless of whether you are able to attend the live session. Substitute attendees are permitted.
